I have been a negative Nelly today. Subsequently I have felt a little blue. Don't worry though I have determined to get out of my hole and be positive. There is so much power in the mind and I know that if I simply focus on the positive it will have a huge impact on my mood. So I am going to write 5 things that were good about my day.
- I got an ice cream sandwich at work
- I had a nap at lunch
- I have a cute mouse pad
- I had all the ingredients for soup (I successfully put off going to the grocery store yet another day)
- I received a love text from both Husband AND a bestest
From here on out instead of negative Nelly I am going to be positive Polly! : )
